For builder Hansen & Yuncken, TLS designed, manufactured and installed a galvanised bin hoist at the Burnside Village shopping centre redevelopment in Adelaide, South Australia (project P0324-302).
A shopping centre never stops making waste — and moving heavy bins between levels is exactly the kind of job that shouldn't be done by hand or tie up a passenger lift. A dedicated bin hoist in the service corridor does it quietly and safely, hundreds of times a week. This one is fully galvanised for washdown durability — bins and bin rooms get hosed out, so a painted finish was never going to last.
The hoist was built and trial-assembled at our Hallam, Victoria factory, trucked to Adelaide in modular sections, and installed by the same TLS team that made it — working in with the builder's program on a live construction site.
