This 2023 project delivered a four-stop, 1000 kg goods lift for TasTAFE’s Water and Energy Trades Centre of Excellence in Tasmania. With a 1.8 m × 1.8 m platform serving four levels, the lift moves training equipment and materials through the facility without tying up stairwells or manual handling.
A multi-stop lift in a public training facility carries extra weight on compliance and documentation, and this build ran through the full TLS project system — engineering drawings, assembly files, analysis and purchasing — before installation on site. Engineered to comply with AS 1418.8, the Australian Standard for goods hoists.
